During the regular Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee meeting held on May 21 at Marmarin Palace, several investment plans were presented for discussion. Among them was the construction of a commercial center at Naibabad Station, Hairataan Port, by the private sector, along with a plan for building a commercial market in Jalalabad city and other projects in various sectors. The committee had an in-depth discussion on developing the commercial center and establishing a logistics hub at Naibabad Station. Furthermore, after thorough deliberation, the plan to construct a six-story commercial market on municipal land in the Wach Dand area of Jalalabad city was approved and forwarded to the Economic Commission for final approval. This project involves a private sector investment of 269 million Afghanis to build a seven-story commercial market, comprising a total of 506 shops
