Exactly one year ago on this day (August 15, 2021), the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan conquered Kabul. Allah granted us this great victory as a result of countless sacrifices and hardships. The Mujahid nation of Afghanistan sacrificed their lives and wealth for the rule of the Islamic system.

On the occasion of this day, I congratulate all Mujahid and pious people of Afghanistan. On this day, truth triumphed over falsehood, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate brought the world's superpowers and their allies to their knees, and Afghans gained independence.

Besides congratulating you on this auspicious day, I recommend all the Mujahideen and security forces to make more efforts to strengthen the security of the countrymen and never lose their perseverance and courage. All the officials of the Islamic Emirate should focus on their responsibilities, perform them well and provide a peaceful and comfortable life to their people.

Fortunately, Afghanistan now has a completely independent governing system. We want to use this opportunity to have good and strong political and economic relations with all the countries of the region and the world. A stable and self-sufficient Afghanistan is in the interest of all. Let's work together to maintain and strengthen this stability.
