In this meeting, convened on September 3, 2024 at Marmarin Palace, discussions were held according to the agenda on several investment proposals. Among the proposals presented for discussion was the plan to establish palm tree agricultural farms in the provinces of Balkh, Takhar, and Jawzjan. After comprehensive evaluation, the proposal was approved and forwarded to the High Leadership of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan for the allocation of land for these agricultural farms. These farms require 2,000 hectares of land, and the training and cultivation process will be supervised by specialists from the Ministry of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Livestock.

Additionally, the proposal to provide electricity to the Mori Chaq village in the Bala Murghab district of Badghis province, submitted by the private sector, was also approved.

Moreover, special committees were formed to assess the technical, financial, and economic aspects of the following projects: the construction of a commercial center in Laghman province, the establishment of a vegetable market in Ghazni province, and a project to generate electricity from waste in Kabul city. These committees are tasked with presenting their reports on the specified dates to the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee.
