A high-level delegation of the Islamic Emirate, headed by the Deputy PM for Economic Affairs, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, arrived today, July 1, 2025, in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, to attend the 17th Summit of Heads of State of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO).

The delegation was warmly welcomed by the Azerbaijani side at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
