Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund Inspects Products of Mofeed Manufacturing Company

The Deputy PM for Economic Affairs, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, today (Friday), September 18, 2026, inspected the products of the Mofeed Edible Oil, Animal Feed and Poultry Feed Manufacturing Company in Balkh Province.
The Deputy PM for Economic Affairs praised the products of the manufacturing company and stressed that, in addition to quantity, full attention should also be paid to quality. The company’s officials assured the Deputy PM that they would maintain product quality and adhere to established standards.
Approximately $30 million has been invested in the company. It has the capacity to produce 600 tonnes of edible oil per month, as well as 5,000 tonnes of animal feed and poultry feed.
