Discussion on the Construction Plans of Commercial Markets in Kabul, Balkh, and Jowzjan Provinces

The regular meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee was held on April 28, 2026 at the Marmarin Palace.

During the meeting, proposals for the construction of commercial markets were presented for discussion. These included a project on Ministry of Finance land in the 1st district of Kabul city, a project on Ministry of Information and Culture land in the 4th district of Mazar-e-Sharif city in Balkh province, and a project on municipality land in the center of Shiberghan city in Jowzjan province.

After detailed discussions, the proposals were referred to relevant authorities for financial, economic, and technical assessments. The concerned institutions were instructed to submit their reports to the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee within the specified deadlines.
