The Inter-ministerial Investment Committee granted preliminary approval to these projects, directing them to the relevant ministries for thorough technical, economic, and legal evaluations. Furthermore, during this meeting, the committee endorsed a public-private partnership project for the construction of a two-story commercial building on Kabul Municipality-owned land, situated in front of Pashtany Bank. The approval includes a ten-year contract for the project.
