Mullah Abdul Ghani Beradar Akhund, Deputy PM for Economic Affairs, met with Mohammad Al-Masnad, the Adviser to the Emir of the State of Qatar, and his accompanying delegation in ARG, Kabul.

Mohammad Al-Masnad expressed his happiness over the rule of the Islamic Emirate in Afghanistan and said that his country is committed to continue its cooperation and support with Afghanistan in political, economic, and social areas. He further added: "Now that the security is ensured in Afghanistan, people have the opportunity to work, and it is time to show the world the true picture of Afghanistan."

Mr. Beradar Akhund appreciated State of Qatar for their usual cooperation and support, and said that Afghanistan is moving towards self-reliance and wants stronger economic and political ties with all countries in the world, including State of Qatar. He further added that the Islamic Emirate has provided all the facilities for trade and investment in Afghanistan, and State of Qatar can invest in the construction of dams, mining, and power generation.
