The Disaster Management Commission convened its fourth meeting under the chairmanship of the Deputy PM for Economic Affairs, Hajji Mullah Abdul Ghani Beradar Akhund.

This meeting covered a number of significant issues, including the coordination between sector ministries and institutions, the reporting by institutions to the Ministry of Economic Affairs, and the transparency of the delivery of aid to citizens by domestic and foreign institutions and the solution of existing problems in this process.

The Deputy PM for Economic Affairs also recommended to the member ministries of the Disaster Management Commission to reactivate the central database system for coordination and information exchange as soon as possible.

At the end, Hajji Mullah Abdul Ghani Beradar Akhund directed the member ministries of the Commission to increase their coordination in order to carry out the work better and to make full preparations to provide aid to the citizens in case of natural disasters.
