During his visit to Ghor province, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund met with scholars, teachers from religious madrasas, and sheikhs. This meeting, held on June 16, included participants from various districts of Ghor. The scholars and teachers expressed their satisfaction with the Islamic system's governance, the provision of security, the achievements of the Islamic Emirate in various sectors, and the positive conduct of government officials toward citizens. They also expressed gratitude to the Islamic Emirate for promptly dispatching rescue teams and emergency aid to disaster-stricken areas, and they shared their concerns and requests with Deputy PM Mullah Baradar Akhund, who assured them that solutions would be provided. In his address, the Deputy PM acknowledged the personal and financial losses suffered by citizens due to the floods in Ghor province. He expressed his sorrow over the tragedy, offering prayers for the martyrs, patience for their relatives, and a swift recovery for the injured through Allah's grace. In conclusion, Deputy PM Mullah Baradar Akhund emphasized that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has mobilized all available resources to assist the affected citizens. He assured that all relevant ministries and agencies are actively providing aid and that the issues faced by the affected citizens will be addressed promptly.
