Regular Meeting of the Technical Committee of the Economic Commission Held

The regular meeting of the Technical Committee of the Economic Commission was held on May 12, 2025, at the Marmarin Palace. In accordance with the agenda, the implementation of approved urban plans and the distribution of plots within those plans were presented for discussion. Following a comprehensive discussion, a designated committee was tasked with conducting a detailed assessment and sharing its report with the Technical Committee.

The meeting also discussed the extraction contract for the nephrite mine located in the Sikandara area of Sarkano district in Kunar province. After deliberation, the matter was referred to the Economic Commission for final decision-making.

Additionally, discussions were held on the construction projects of a 25.6-kilometer road from Bagram’s two-way junction to Jabal al-Siraj, as well as the 12.51-kilometer road to Hijrat village. After thorough deliberation, the Ministry of Public Works was advised to share its opinion on these projects with the Technical Committee of the Economic Commission.
