After comprehensive discussions, it was concluded that additional land should be allocated for the construction and expansion of the mentioned port, considering the needs of the relevant ministries and agencies.

The meeting also discussed the valuation of land for the Sanaye Sabz Industrial Park. After a thorough evaluation of the matter, it was decided that the land price for the said industrial park should be determined based on the new Law on Industrial Areas, which has been ratified by the Esteemed Amir al-Mu'minin (May Allah protect him.), setting the price at 150 Afghanis per square meter.

At the end of the meeting, a proposal prepared by the National Environmental Protection Agency regarding the control of single-use plastics in Kabul city was also discussed. After comprehensive deliberations, the National Environmental Protection Agency and Kabul Municipality were tasked to select capable companies for waste processing through public-private partnership and to submit their recommendations to the Deputy PM for Economic Affairs Office.

These topics were referred to the Economic Commission for final approval.
