Plan for Construction of a Five-Story Commercial Market in Balkh Deemed Approvable

The regular meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee was held on June 30, 2025 at the Marmarin Palace. As per the agenda, the proposal for constructing a five-story commercial market on the land of the Ministry of Finance in Mazar-e-Sharif, Balkh province, was presented for discussion. After comprehensive deliberations, the proposal was deemed approvable.

Additionally, proposals for constructing commercial markets on municipality lands in Nangarhar and Khost provinces were also presented during the meeting. Following discussions, the appointed committee was tasked with evaluating the technical and financial aspects of these proposals and submitting a detailed report to the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee within the stipulated timeframe.
