In a regular session of the Economic Commission held at Marmarin Palace, various issues were discussed, including the proposal from the Ministry of Information and Culture to increase the revenue of the National Archives; the fate of properties under the National  Union of Workers, the amendment of the union's charter, and the selection of its management board; the initiation of the remaining work in the Sanayi Ghaznavi Town, among other follow-up reports. The meeting, chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, involved extensive discussions. After thorough deliberation, the proposal from the Ministry of Information and Culture to increase the revenue of the National Archives was approved, incorporating feedback from the Economic Commission and amendments proposed by its technical committee. The ministry was instructed to work diligently on advertising and incentive programs to attract public interest to the National Archives and to enhance service delivery to visitors and applicants. Furthermore, a committee led by a representative of the Deputy PM for Economic Affairs Office was tasked with amending the charter of the National Union of Workers, resolving its licensing issues, and clarifying the fate of its properties in light of existing decrees and orders. The committee is required to present its report to the Economic Commission by the specified deadline. Another committee, also led by the Deputy PM for Economic Affairs Office representative and including representatives from relevant ministries, was assigned to comprehensively review all technical aspects of the Sanayi Ghaznavi Town, including proposals from private companies.
