Proposals for Construction of Three Commercial Markets in Kabul City Deemed Approvable

A regular meeting of the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee was held on May 23, 2026, at the Marmarin Palace. During the meeting, the proposal for the construction of three commercial markets on land belonging to the Ministry of Finance in District 1 of Kabul City was presented for discussion and, following a comprehensive assessment from all aspects, was considered eligible for approval.
In addition, the proposal for the construction of another commercial market in District 11 of Kabul City was also presented for discussion. The proposal was referred to the relevant authorities so that they could examine its financial, technical, and economic aspects and share their report with the Inter-Ministerial Investment Committee.
