Hajji Mullah Abdul Ghani Beradar Akhund participated in the conference on the attraction and promotion of national and international investments in the water and energy sectors. In his speech to the conference, the Deputy PM for Economic Affairs said:

We assure the people that investments and work in mining, dam construction, and other areas are increasing day by day; Afghanistan may become self-sufficient in a short time. He assured the people that all the officials of the IEA are trying to solve the current problems in the country. Hajji Mullah Abdul Ghani Beradar Akhund asked Afghan businessmen and investors living abroad to cooperate and invest in Afghanistan’s reconstruction and self-sufficiency; it will benefit both the people and themselves.
