According to the order of Amir al-Mu'minin Sheikh Hibatullah Akhundzada, Deputy PM for Economic Affairs, Hajji Mullah Abdul Ghani Beradar Akhund will soon start work on collecting beggars in Kabul and solving their problems in cooperation with other organizations.

Beggars with a profession will be biometrically identified and given employment in the relevant profession. A pledge that the beggars in this group won't beg again will be asked from their guardians. Child beggars will have access to educational opportunities, and those who are truly poor and unable to work will be given a salary.
