Exactly one year ago today, on August 15, 2021, the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan captured Kabul. Allah granted us this monumental victory after countless sacrifices and hardships. The Mujahid nation of Afghanistan sacrificed their lives and resources for the establishment of the Islamic system.

On this momentous occasion, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all the Mujahid and devout people of Afghanistan. On this day, truth triumphed over falsehood, and the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate humbled the world's superpowers and their allies, bringing independence to Afghanistan.

In addition to congratulating you on this auspicious day, I urge all Mujahideen and security forces to redouble their efforts to ensure the safety and security of our citizens, maintaining their perseverance and courage. All officials of the Islamic Emirate should diligently focus on their responsibilities, perform them with excellence, and strive to provide a peaceful and comfortable life for our people.

Fortunately, Afghanistan now has a fully independent governing system. We seek to leverage this opportunity to establish strong political and economic relations with all countries in the region and around the world. A stable and self-sufficient Afghanistan benefits everyone. Let us work together to maintain and enhance this stability.
