in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, three project agreements valued at approximately 2 billion Afghanis were signed between the Ministry of Transport and Aviation and private sector entities. During the ceremony at the Government Media and Information Center (GMIC), Mullah Baradar Akhund emphasized the significance of these projects for advancing standardized transport and sector development. He urged the contracted companies to ensure both high-quality and timely completion of their work. The projects encompass the construction of parking and waiting facilities at Kabul Airport, Teer Park of Aqeena Port in Faryab Province, and the Guzara Terminal in Herat Province, with a combined cost of around two billion Afghanis. Upon the successful implementation of these initiatives, citizens will benefit from improved transportation services, while thousands of individuals will gain direct and indirect employment opportunities.
